Pensieri di Cavatina is a small estate located in the southern area of Castelnuovo Berardenga with sandy soils rich in pebbles and mainly exposed to the south. About 25 hectares of land are entirely cultivated in an organic way, with about 600 olive trees and 7 hectares of vineyards, whose grapes are processed in a traditional way but with modern technologies, and that gives us a very exclusive production of Chianti Classico wines.
